Veteran Food Drive Raffle Rules:

1. Only the actual winner will do the background check. Firearm is NOT transferable.

2. Winner must live in NV with a valid ID or other state that firearm can be legally transferred.

3.  Winner will pay all applicable taxes and or fees (NFA Form 4 for suppressor, finger prints, picture and have an eForms account) and or background check fee ($25).

4. Winner must be 21yrs of age or older.

5. Water will not be accepted.

6. 5 Non-perishable items = 1 entry.  Enter as often as you like.  Toiletries and feminine products are welcome.

7. Spartan Arms Reserves the right to count certain items as we see fit.  Spartan Arms also reserves the right to turn down any items.

8. Entries will only be counted December 2nd through December 31st.

9. All food and items will be delivered to the Veterans Transition Center Saturday January 3rd, 2026 at 9am.  Volunteers are welcome!
